Special seminars and training are arranged for specialists of the HoReCa industry on a regular base. Annually we organize 6–8 such events with the participation of specialists from more than 250 restaurants. Twice a year the so called Professional Days take place in Latvia with participation of more than 600 representatives of restaurants, cafes and bistros. Once a year similar events take place in Lithuania and Estonia.
