New administrative complex A new administrative complex with the total area of 1569m² has been erected within 10 months on the basis of the abandoned brick building and put in operation in 2008 in April. The author of the original architectonics of the building is Inga Bruzgule (“Depo Projekts” LLC), while the construction works were performed under the guidance of Reaton Construction Department. The new complex is fitted with the ventilated façade system, for the finishing of which three different materials of the new generation were used: black tiles (Imola, Italy), white laminate blocks (Fundermax, Austria) and wooden panels (Prodema, Spain). The design solutions of the hall interior are supplemented with the decorative wall panels, which, similar to the office furniture and doors, are produced by the Reaton door production experts. The administrative complex includes B1-class office premises with modern facilities (air-conditioning, ventilation, heated floor, etc). The working rooms for Reaton employees and technical premises are located on the 1st floor, while the ventilation system is situated on the 4th floor. The rest 2 floors are rented by various companies (“Hanza Logistics” LLC, “Invitro” LLC, etc). Currently there are more than 300m² of free spacious office space.
